Ice Cream Run for Kids Sake 2008 Vendor  Application / Registration Form

 

This is a registration for vendors on the grounds of the Ice Cream Run event starting in Hamden New York and ending in Hamden on July 26^th 2008.   Vendors space will be provided in Hamden at Mountain Transport.  Vendors are expected to arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 A.M .  Vendors are responsible for their own electricity and any other utilities necessary.   The Ice Cream Run reserves the right to turn down an application if vendors if the products are not appropriate and to prevent over saturation of products.  We don’t want people to come and not have a market for their wares.   Obviously there will be some duplication of items but we will be trying to keep it at a minimal level. We will not allow wares that are not proper for a family event, vulgar items, weapons, drug paraphernalia, etc. or improper behavior.  We have had great success in the past and hope to continue with your help this year.    Please fill out the form below and mail it in with your check or money order payable to- ICRC by July 15^th unless other arrangements have been made.

I agree to follow the recommendations above in products that I sell at the Ice Cream Run and do not hold the Ice Cream Run, The Village of Hancock or any other sponsors responsible for any losses incurred at the event.   I also understand that the reservation fee will be refunded only if the ICRC has turned down the application.  The fees are otherwise not refundable if you do not attend.
